EWE - we began in the EAST, are traveling WEST and then home to the EAST. We have sheep at home and are going west to the Black Sheep Gathering in Eugene, OR, so EWE for East-West-East is perfect. This is our 25th Anniversary - 2nd Honeymoon trip.

Mount Rushmore and more!
We started the day off right...in hot springs. Really wish we had these at home. The hot tubs are 104ish and the swimming pools are 92 outdoors and 97 indoors. The water is laden with minerals and it feels buoyant like salt water does.
We plugged in "restaurants along the way" into the GPS and one choice was Crazy Woman Cafe...now who can resist that name! It was a tiny little place, in a one horse town, with wonderful food. Roland had a Crazy Woman sandwich. Kasey would love it. Hot sausage and spaghetti, between pieces of garlic bread. Roland liked it alot, too. For dessert he had a slice of Buttermilk Pie. It was yummy! I will be googling a recipe for that when I get home! If any of you have a great recipe for it, send it my way.
We arrived at Mt. Rushmore just after a big thunder storm, so the lightening was not super, but we saw it and enjoyed the evening program.
